PBT Installations have worked with Highgate Construction on a number of projects previously, so when the customer chose to install a heat pump at this property, Highgate Construction knew we could be relied upon. They knew we would design and install to a high standard and leave the customer with an efficient and ecological solution, and therefore asked us to work with them. 

We were asked to heat a domestic swimming pool and function room as well as a potential extension. The customer was originally interested in a ground source heat pump, but the disruption to the ground work was going to be costly and take up space that the client wanted to use for a future extension. We looked at other options and recommended installing two wpl25 air source pumps. This solution would provide more than enough heat for both the current project and the future build.

PBT consultants worked closely with the customer to understand their build, and also their future plan. We designed a bespoke system that would work well in the short term, but also accommodate future changes without adding addional cost or disruption.

We understood that the customer was keen that the job be finished on time and that the team work well with the builders in charge of the project. PBT Installations didn’t disappoint on either of these, and enjoyed working alongside Highgate Construction again, who have been a great partner.
